Jailed for the Crime of Being a Jew

This is a short clip of my Zayde, a”h, Rabbi Shmuel Stroli, talking about an experience he had in Romania during the Holocaust.

A fierce patriot, he served in the Romanian military, but was jailed for being a Jew.

And had to apologize for his very existence.
